Questionnaire Response
Fleur Mann - Tyndall Park
1. Why did you decide to run in the Manitoba election?
I am concerned with the state of politics and policies. I’m concerned that the services that are meant for the people of Manitoba are not going to be there. My values are in line with those of the Green Party, who are fighting to challenge the status quo and transition our economy away from harmful industries.
2. Why should a voter consider electing you to represent them?
if elected, I will bring issues to the legislature that other parties are not addressing, such as basic income, protecting Lake Winnipeg, and increase support for mental health services.
3. What key issue(s) / topic(s) will you stand for in your role as MLA, and why are these important to you?
There are a lot of changes to our healthcare system that are happening quickly. I’m concerned that the services that are meant for the people of Manitoba are not going to be there when they need them. I believe creating a voice in restoring our health care system.
4. Do you have any other comments regarding your candidacy?
You are never too small the make a difference!
